You will need:
125ml Vegetable oil
1 Large Egg
105ml Milk
For Vegan brownies you will need:
100ml Vegetable Oil
115ml Water
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C/150°C (fan)/Gas Mark 4.
- Sieve the Free & Easy Chocolate Brownie Mix into a bowl.
- Whisk the oil, milk, and egg together (or oil and water for vegan brownies) until combined. For best results, use an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scrape the bowl, then mix on medium for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared brownie tin (17 x 29 x 3cm) and bake for 15 minutes for gooey brownies or 20-25 minutes for a more cake-like texture.
- Once baked, cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
