– Refund & Return Policy

 
Here at FitCookie we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with the goods and service we provide.
If you would like to return your goods, please first contact us (sales@fitcookie.co.uk) and explain the situation. We will than advise where to return the products depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods back to us within 14 days from the date you receive the order. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items. We do not accept the return of opened or part used goods. 

 
1. Please make sure we receive your returned items with 14 days from the date you receive them. 
2. Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us unused, undamaged in their original packing. 
3. No refunds or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or any other proof of purchase. 
4. Photo evidence will ne needed for all damaged items. 
5. Sale/Clearance Items – any of the sale items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing. All sale items are clearly listed with their best before dates or damage that has occurred.

Please note: Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
If you’ve opened it up, had a few tries and don’t like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
 

How to return items?
First of all, please contact us by email sales@fitcookie.co.uk provide your name, order number and the reason for returning the product. 

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

Once we receive the product we can issue a refund. This my take up to 2-5 business days and will be refunded to the original payment method.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers,

the item will be refunded minus the cost for delivery.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) or incorrect adres has been given and the item is returned to us,

we will issue a refund minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. 

 

If the product was received damaged the same rules apply and the product must be sent back to us before any refund or replacement can be given.

How long it will take for refund to be processed?

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund.

When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase. If you originally paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to five additional business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. Once we have issued the refund on our side, it is then your responsibility to contact your bank or PayPal account if there is a delay in the refund showing in your balance.
