Receipt for two portions (4 pcs)
Nutritional Information Per Serving (4 cinnamon rolls):
Energy: 459kcal, Protein: 21.5g, Fat: 15g, Carbs: 62g
Ingredients for Pancakes:
- 100g of wheat or spelt flour
- egg
- 200ml of milk
- pinch of salt
- 10g of vanilla pudding without sugar
- 5ml of olive oil
Ingredients for filling:
- (2) apples
- 40g of NutLove Cookie Crunch & Cinnamon
- 150g of skyr yoghurt
- (1) teaspoon of cinnamon
- 10g of xylitol
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan.
Peel the apples, grate them and fry them in a dry frying pan with a pinch of cinnamon for a few minutes.
Mix xylitol with cinnamon.
Brush the finished pancakes with NutLove Cookie Crunch & Cinnamon, put a portion of apples and spread evenly. Roll up and sprinkle with cinnamon xylitol. Serve with the greek style yoghurt.
