Free & Easy Chocolate Treat Cookie Mix is a gluten & dairy-free chocolate cookie mix made with coconut blossom sugar. It’s very easy to prepare and delicious too! The contents can make between 10-12 cookies. Simply mix the ingredients, and place onto a baking tray and bake and enjoy a wonderful “free from treat”!

Free & Easy Chocolate Treat Cookie Mix Cooking Instructions:
- preheat your oven to 180C/170C (fan) Gas Mark 4
- empty the contents of your Free & Easy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a bowl, add the butter (or the vegan vegetable spread) and egg and stir until the mix cames together
- take the greaseproof paper place the mixture in the middle and roll into a long sausage and leave to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- cut roll into 12 cookies and place onto your prepared baking tray, transfer to the chiller for 15 minutes
- place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
- cool on a wire rack and dive in!
