HOW TO TAKE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE?
Dissolve the single portion of the product – 5g (1) scoop in 250ml of water or juice. Take (1) serving daily. ON WORKOUT DAYS: take (1) serving 30 minutes before workout or (1) serving directly after a workout. ON NON-WORKOUT DAYS: take (1) serving in the morning after getting up or (1) serving before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
