- 45g oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 125ml milk (of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt (of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Super Berry Blend
- 2 tablespoons frozen berries (fresh or frozen)
In a jar or container with a lid, combine all ingredients except the berries and stir. Add the berries on top, place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge in the morning and enjoy chilled!
