Free & Easy Chocolate Treat Cookie Mix is a gluten & dairy-free chocolate cookie mix made with coconut blossom sugar. It’s very easy to prepare and delicious too! The contents can make between 10-12 cookies. Simply mix the ingredients, and place onto a baking tray and bake and enjoy a wonderful “free from treat”!

Free & Easy Chocolate Treat Cookie Mix Cooking Instructions:

preheat your oven to 180C/170C (fan) Gas Mark 4
empty the contents of your Free & Easy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a bowl, add the butter (or the vegan vegetable spread) and egg and stir until the mix cames together
take the greaseproof paper place the mixture in the middle and roll into a long sausage and leave to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
cut roll into 12 cookies and place onto your prepared baking tray, transfer to the chiller for 15 minutes
place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
cool on a wire rack and dive in!
